Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same working day.

Your product comes in a beautiful Fairtrade, EcoFriendly and FSC-approved protective box or bag, along with a card to remind you of the effects of your stone.


Most orders are shipped as a letterbox parcel with track & trace.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over € 45.00

Netherlands 2-3 working days.

Europe 5-7 business days.

Return policy

Returns are possible at Wild Stones Amsterdam!

If you are not satisfied, you can register the accessories for return within 14 days. You can register via email to info@wildstonesamsterdam.com.


If the accessories supplied by Wild Stones Amsterdam are not returned within 14 days after registration of the return, the goods are considered accepted.


After receipt of the return you will be credited with the full order amount (including any shipping costs of the order). The costs for returning from your home address to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.


Return condition
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Wild Stones Amsterdam with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged and with sufficient postage when you return it.

 

A product must be reported for return without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If this is returned later, we are unfortunately forced to return the package. In case of exceptions or comments regarding the return conditions, please contact info@wildstonesamsterdam.com to avoid disappointment.
NB! This only applies to accessories purchased through the official Wild Stones Amsterdam webshop.

 

Instructions to report returns:

To make use of the return right, you can contact us via info@wildstonesamsterdam.com.
Pack your goods in the original packaging and add your name and address details;
Make sure that the package is sufficiently stamped and provided with the return address. We will then refund the order amount due from your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Return shipping costs

The costs of the return shipment are entirely for the account of the sender and are therefore not reimbursed by Wild Stones Amsterdam. If the accessories are unused and undamaged and have been returned on time and correctly, Wild Stones Amsterdam will pay the price paid, excluding any shipping costs and payment costs, within 14 days after receipt of the accessories. If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment in its entirety and to charge the shipping costs incurred.

 

Received the wrong / damaged item?

If you have unexpectedly received a wrong or damaged item, you must report this as soon as possible (preferably within 3 working days). You can contact customer service at: info@wildstonesamsterdam.com.


Refund purchase amount
When repaying the returned item, we use the same repayment method and contra account. This means that this is, for example, the same IBAN account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to pay.

In the case of a gift card, this is also officially seen as a payment method.
The gift card will then be reactivated.

 

Important to know
Products that are specially made according to a customer's specifications (= custom work) cannot be returned.

 

You will no longer receive a paper packing slip from us, but this email is your digital packing slip. It's so good for the environment and you won't lose it that way.

 

You can only return your online purchase if you have placed this order via the official site: www.Wild Stones Amsterdam.com.
If you bought your item in a store or other online webshop and you want to exchange or return it, you can only do so at the relevant point of sale.
Purchases in the official www.Wild Stones Amsterdam.com webshop cannot be returned or exchanged at other stores.

Payment

At Wild Stones Amsterdam we think it is important that you can pay for your products safely. That is why all payments are made via an SSL-secured server that then sends your data in encrypted form. In this way nothing can happen to your personal data. As a result, you can safely pay for the orders.

Because in order to provide you with all conveniences, we use various payment options. Such as PayPal and Sofort, for example.

 

 

At Wild Stones Amsterdam you can now also pay with Klarna. So you decide for yourself which online payment method you choose. This way you can pay both easily and securely.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@wildstonesamsterdam.com.


If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
